Ingredients

  • 1 tall ex-advertising professional and Bombay boy, tough outer layers removed
  • 3 cups, plus 2 tbs for later, unpasteurised obsession for food, cooking and growing veg
  • 6 sprigs of Le Cordon Bleu training
  • 1 fistful of food memories, travels and experiences
  • 2 2/3rd cup of freshly squeezed kitchen experiments and food ideas
  • Salt to taste

Directions

  1. In a heavy bottom sauce pan bring the ex-advertising professional with an unpasteurised obsession for food and cooking to a boil.
  2. Add the fistful of food memories, travels and experiences, and sprigs of Le Cordon Bleu training. Cook it out for 10 to 12 mins.
  3. Finally, add the squeeze of kitchen experiments and ideas, some more unpasteurised obsession and salt to taste.

Best served hot, cold and at room temperature.
